This Is The Kit is the musical project of creative whirlwind Kate Stables and whoever joins her. Her latest album, Off Off On, distils Stables’ songwriting gifts in a collection of songs that untangle emotional knots and weave remarkable stories. As Stables explains, it is about “events catching up with you and how you catch up with events, not so much mood swings as brain swings, the here and there that your brain tugs you on.” A powerful performance in sight!
