'FUTURE' is first and foremost a laboratory for change, at the crossroads between poetry and politics, between the arts and science, between decline and re-enchantment, between reality and utopia. Faced with the profound societal changes that are taking place before us, 'FUTURE' offers a space for reinvention and reappropriation of the possible. We invite you to a real immersion in alternative lifestyles, to discover popular knowledge, and to develop a frugal energy, food and citizen transition. A Piazza of Transition that will be made WITH the public, will welcome unification of publics, disciplines, art with sustainable development, nature with post-industrial, high with low tech etc. The gateway will be a wonder, conveyed by a huge magic plant that will house the Piazza. Together with other social and cultural projects, the Piazza will host activities as diverse as music festivals, plays, public talks, culinary events, citizen meetings and mini-forums.
